Ending the Second Quarter of 2026 with Over $3.5 Million Cash on Hand, the Laubacher Campaign Shows Increasing Momentum
With another dominating fundraising performance, Eileen Laubacher’s campaign demonstrates growing grassroots support
Highlands Ranch, CO – Retired Rear Admiral Eileen Laubacher’s campaign for Colorado’s 4th Congressional District ends the second quarter of 2026 showing increasing momentum. Eileen Laubacher raised more than $1.7 million during the quarter, bringing the campaign's cash on hand to more than $3.5 million. This filing underscores the growing momentum the Laubacher campaign has garnered as voters increasingly look for new leadership focused on lowering costs, protecting healthcare, and delivering results for Colorado families.
“I'm incredibly grateful to the over one- hundred thousand supporters who have invested in this campaign,” said Retired Rear Admiral Eileen Laubacher. “People are tired of rising costs, threats to their healthcare, and leaders who seem more interested in Washington than their own districts. We need leaders who will lower costs, protect healthcare, strengthen our economy, and restore common-sense leadership. I will be that leader, and I'm honored by the support I have received in pursuit of that goal. Together, we're building the campaign that will win in November.”
The contrast in the race is clear. Eileen Laubacher is entering the general election with $3.5 million cash on hand, while incumbent Lauren Boebert reported significantly less in her pre-primary report. Eileen's comes from over 400,000 donations to date while Boebert continues to take money from corporations to fund her campaign.
As voters become increasingly frustrated with rising costs, attacks on healthcare, and partisan dysfunction in Washington, Eileen's message of practical leadership continues to resonate across the district. The second-quarter report makes clear that this race is competitive, momentum is on Eileen's side, and she has the organization and support necessary to win this November.

(Ret.) Rear Admiral Elieen Laubacher Endorsed by Veterans On Watch
Highlands Ranch, CO - Today, retired Rear Admiral Eileen Laubacher announced the endorsement of Veterans On Watch, a veteran-led organization dedicated to protecting constitutional governance, promoting civic engagement, and ensuring elected officials remain accountable to the people they serve.
“Eileen Laubacher stands for the Constitution we swore to defend and the veterans who swore to defend it. That’s why we stand with her.” said Carla Felts, U.S. Army Veteran, President and Co-Founder of Veterans On Watch.
The endorsement adds to growing support for Laubacher's campaign and reflects her lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and defending the Constitution. Eileen has spent her life serving our nation, beginning her military career as a student in the U.S. Naval Academy under President Reagan and rose to Rear Admiral, serving as an intelligence officer.
Carla Felts added: “When a platform speaks to the protection of constitutional rights, the integrity of our institutions, the dignity owed to those who served, and the kind of governance our Founders sacrificed to establish — Veterans On Watch (VOW) will say so. Loudly. And without apology. That is why VOW will stand with RADM Eileen Laubacher, USN (Ret.), in her run for the U.S. House of Representatives in Colorado's Fourth Congressional District (CO-04). Her unwavering, principled leadership and commitment to our shared oath to protect the Constitution is exactly what Coloradans need from a representative."
"Veterans On Watch understands something that has guided my entire career: our Constitution only works when leaders have the courage to put their oath above politics and service above self. I spent 34 years in uniform defending this country, and I'm running for Congress for the same reason I served—to fight for the people of Colorado and protect the values that make our nation strong. I'm proud to have the support of fellow veterans who understand what's at stake and who know that public service is about responsibility, not personal ambition." said Eileen Laubacher.
Eileen Laubacher is a retired Rear Admiral, Naval Academy graduate, intelligence officer, and mother of five. She served her country for more than three decades. She’s running for Congress to defend the Constitution, protect veterans and working families, and ensure that rural Colorado’s land, economy, and way of life are respected—not run over—by Washington.

Lauren Boebert Continues to Vote for the Iran War, Despite Telling Voters Otherwise
Boebert has now voted three times for the Iran War, yet told voters 2.5 months ago that it was time to “get the heck out of dodge”
Highlands Ranch, CO - After publicly warning that Americans did not support a prolonged conflict with Iran and criticizing Washington politicians for being influenced by special interests, Congresswoman Lauren Boebert has now voted three times in favor of and to continue the Iran War.
On a March 23 appearance on The Matt Gaetz Show, Boebert said she opposed "two to three months of war with Iran" and argued that Americans wanted to "get the heck out of dodge." She also warned that Washington politicians would be pressured by lobbyists and the military-industrial complex to continue the conflict.
Since then, Boebert has voted to continue the war on March 5, May 14, and now again on June 3.
"Lauren Boebert used to campaign against career politicians who said one thing and did another— now she's become one," said Rear Admiral (Ret.) Eileen Laubacher, Democratic candidate for Colorado's 4th Congressional District. "She warned Coloradans that Washington politicians would cave to pressure from special interests and keep this conflict going, and then voted three times to do exactly that."
"After seven years in Washington, Lauren Boebert has become everything she once claimed to be fighting against," Laubacher continued. "She talks like an outsider when she's on television, but votes like a politician protecting the status quo when she's in Congress."
Laubacher, a retired two-star admiral who spent 34 years serving in the U.S. Navy, contrasted her military experience with Boebert's record.
"When it comes to war, leadership means more than rhetoric," said Laubacher. "The men and women who may ultimately bear the cost of these decisions deserve representatives who are honest about where they stand. Lauren Boebert told voters she opposed a prolonged conflict. Her votes tell a different story."

Eileen Laubacher for the upcoming midterm election in November. Laubacher joins this diverse group of decorated military veterans as a service leader who is running to bring integrity and mission-driven leadership to Coloradans.
“To take back the House and stop the chaos in Washington, we have to win in the toughest districts in America,” said Congressman Seth Moulton, founder of Serve America. “Eileen Laubacher isn’t a career politician– she is a service-minded leader who has spent her life answering the call. I am incredibly proud to endorse her.”
Serve America’s mission is to elect leaders from diverse service backgrounds who pledge to put the interests of the American people before their own. Notable elected leaders endorsed by Serve America include Rep. Joe Neguse (CO-02) and Rep. Jason Crow (CO-06). Successful Serve America candidates were instrumental in taking back the House in 2018 and maintaining a majority in 2020.
“I decided to run for Congress because servant leadership is core to who I am”, said Rear Admiral (Ret.) Eileen Laubacher. “I knew from the time I was a little girl that I wanted to attend the U.S. Naval Academy and serve my country. Colorado’s 4th Congressional District is long overdue for a representative who is ready to put their needs first, and I am the only candidate in this race with a lifetime record of doing just that. I’m proud to be endorsed by an organization devoted to electing like-minded leaders to Washington across the county.”
A retired Navy Rear Admiral with 34 years of service, Laubacher served as an intelligence officer and as a Senior Director on the National Security Council. She is running to provide serious, honest representation for Eastern Colorado.

Eileen Laubacher Ends the First Quarter of 2026 with Over $3 Million Cash on Hand, a Strong Signal for the Future
With over $2.1 million raised in the first quarter of 2026, the Laubacher campaign is rapidly gaining momentum and signaling increasing strength in November.
Highlands Ranch, CO – Retired Rear Admiral Eileen Laubacher’s campaign for Colorado’s 4th Congressional District ends the first quarter of 2026 with another commanding fundraising performance. Raising over $2.1 million with over $3 million cash on hand, Laubacher is showing ever growing strength. Especially when compared to the around $218,000 cash on hand that Lauren Boebert reported at the end of last year. This comes on the heels of Laubacher becoming the only Democratic candidate on the Primary ballot. A key milestone that allows the Laubacher campaign to focus solely on defeating Lauren Boebert come November.
“Seeing the amount of people coming together to support my candidacy is an honor. I'm proud of the campaign we’ve built and I'm ready to bring the fight to Boebert.” said Retired Rear Admiral Eileen Laubacher. “People all across Colorado and the country are tired of Lauren Boebert's antics. They want real leadership and real representation. I will continue to show up for the people of Colorado’s 4th district, and finally deliver the representation this district deserves.”
There are a couple key things to note about Eileen Laubacher's $2.1 million raise:
Over 390,000 donations have come into the campaign from all over the nation
The average donation is just $21.49, signaling strong grassroots support
Eileen’s $2.1 million for just Q1 of 2026 is almost 3 times what Boebert raised in all of 2025
Over the last month a record number of people came out to show their support for Eileen Laubacher and nominate her to be the Democratic party's sole challenger in Colorado’s 4th Congressional District. That support is growing rapidly as she travels the district, showing up in places Lauren Boebert has long abandoned. These fundraising numbers are the latest in a long line of strong reports showing that Laubacher has the support and momentum to win in November. With the wind at her back, Laubacher is ready to take on Boebert.
