Laubacher Campaign Dominates Colorado Fundraising, Outraising Boebert 14-to-1

Laubacher raises $1.9 million from over 57,000 donors as Boebert’s fundraising plummets and her campaign reports spending nearly twice what it brought in

Highlands Ranch, CO — In a stunning show of strength and momentum, retired Rear Admiral Eileen Laubacher’s campaign for Colorado’s 4th Congressional District has outpaced the competition and established itself as a political powerhouse. Laubacher’s campaign outraised Rep. Lauren Boebert by an eye-popping 14-to-1 margin this quarter and now reports having nearly six times more cash on hand. The haul places her among the top-performing fundraisers among congressional challengers nationally.

“This campaign is about restoring integrity, service, and seriousness to public office,” said retired Rear Admiral Eileen Laubacher. “While Lauren Boebert sprints from scandal to scandal, we’re building something real -  a movement powered by regular people across Colorado who are ready for serious, steady leadership rooted in service, not self-promotion. I’ve led in war zones, briefed presidents, and raised five kids. I know what it takes to serve with integrity. And that’s exactly what Colorado’s 4th District deserves.”

The fundraising surge comes as momentum builds to flip Colorado’s 4th District and as Lauren Boebert’s campaign shows serious signs of collapse. This quarter, Boebert raised less than $150,000, a staggering drop from her own past fundraising hauls. She spent nearly twice what she brought in and is now limping along with almost no cash on hand. While Boebert chases headlines and abandons her district, voters are clearly tuning her out and donors are closing their wallets. The contrast couldn’t be clearer: Eileen Laubacher is building a serious, well-resourced campaign focused on service. Boebert is bleeding cash and losing support.

With more than $1.9 million raised in her first quarter as a candidate, Laubacher outraised even some of Colorado’s most established politicians.

Colorado voters are sending a message loud and clear and it’s showing up in the numbers:

  • One donation on average every 64 seconds

  • Contributions from over 56% of Colorado zip codes

  • A donation from nearly a third of all zip codes nationwide

  • 72,500 donations from more than 57,000 unique donors

  • Average donation of $26

  • 99% of donations were $100 or less

Coloradans rally behind Laubacher’s campaign to replace Boebert’s headline-chasing with real results

Highlands Ranch, CO — In just her first quarter as a candidate, veteran and public servant Rear Admiral (Ret.) Eileen Laubacher announced today that her campaign has raised an eye-popping $1.9 million, with nearly $1.1 million in cash on hand, a clear rebuke of the political extremism and dysfunction that have failed Colorado’s 4th District.

The campaign began fundraising eight weeks ago and has already attracted a broad swath of small-dollar donors across Colorado and the country, reflecting deep enthusiasm for Laubacher’s leadership and message. With thousands of voter-driven contributions and no corporate PAC money, her early success underscores that voters in this district are ready for a change and they’re tired of the chaos, self-promotion, and headline-chasing that’s replaced real representation.

“We’re proving that a serious, service-driven leader can take on the noise, the culture wars, and the dysfunction in Washington and win,” said Rear Admiral (Ret.) Eileen Laubacher. “As a veteran and lifelong public servant, I spent nearly four decades serving this country. Lauren Boebert has built a brand -  not a record of service. Voters can tell the difference. I’m the toughest opponent Lauren’s ever faced and while she plays political games, I’m focused on real work delivering for veterans, families, and small businesses who’ve been left behind.”

The grassroots enthusiasm behind the campaign is undeniable:

  • One donation on average every 64 seconds

  • Contributions from over 56% of Colorado zip codes

  • A donation from nearly a third of all zip codes nationwide

  • 72,500 donations from more than 57,000 unique donors

  • Average donation of $26

  • 99% of donations were $100 or less

Rear Admiral Laubacher had nearly $1.1 million cash on hand as of the quarter closing deadline on June 30th. Her early success underscores a growing movement in Colorado’s 4th District – one that’s ready to turn the page on chaos and get back to common sense. With a proven record of service and leadership, she is building a campaign powered by voters who are fed up with political theatrics and hungry for results. As the race heats up, Laubacher stands ready to bring integrity, discipline, and real representation back to the people of eastern Colorado.

About Eileen:

Service to country runs deep in Rear Admiral (Ret.) Eileen Laubacher’s family. A proud Navy veteran with 34 years of service, she is the daughter and granddaughter of Navy veterans. Inspired by their legacy, she set her sights on the U.S. Naval Academy as early as preschool, years. She fulfilled that dream in 1986, joining one of the earliest classes to include women, and graduated in 1990.

Her distinguished naval career began as an intelligence officer, serving both in the United States and abroad. After transitioning to the Navy Reserve, she and her husband Chris made Colorado their permanent home, where they raised their five children. In 2009, she deployed to Afghanistan, relying on the strength of her family and community while serving overseas.

In 2018, she was promoted to Admiral and soon embarked on her most significant assignment yet, serving as the Senior Defense Official and Defense Attaché in New Delhi, India from 2019 to 2022. She later served on the National Security Council as the Senior Director for South Asia, before retiring from the Navy in October 2024 and returning to Colorado to enjoy time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Now, driven by the same commitment to service that has guided her life, Eileen Laubacher is stepping forward once again. This time to represent Colorado’s 4th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives, a role she never planned to pursue but now embraces out of a deep sense of patriotic duty to stand up for hardworking families, support fellow veterans, and serve the community she loves.
