Retired Rear Admiral Eileen Laubacher Endorsed by Veterans for Responsible Leadership

Highlands Ranch, CO – Today, retired Rear Admiral Eileen Laubacher announced the endorsement of Veterans for Responsible Leadership (VFRL), a national coalition of veterans committed to advancing principled, accountable, and results-driven leadership in public office. The endorsement underscores strong confidence in Laubacher’s lifelong commitment to service, her national security expertise, and her readiness to deliver solutions for Colorado’s 4th District at a time when steady leadership is urgently needed.

“Veterans for Responsible Leadership is proud to endorse Eileen Laubacher in the race for U.S. Congress in Colorado’s 4th District. Eileen has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to our nation through more than 30 years of service in the United States Navy, retiring as a Rear Admiral. Leaders who can clearly articulate a vision and support it with real-world experience are rare, and Eileen is one of them. She understands the challenges facing our country and has the courage, discipline, and clarity to confront them head-on. I am confident she will bring integrity, passion, and results-oriented leadership to Congress,” said Veterans for Responsible Leadership President Bobby Jones.

“I’m deeply honored to earn the endorsement of Veterans for Responsible Leadership,” said retired Rear Admiral Eileen Laubacher. “As someone who spent more than three decades in uniform, I know leadership is about responsibility, teamwork, and putting mission and people first. Our veterans, military families, and rural communities deserve leaders who will keep their promises, strengthen access to healthcare and earned benefits, and deliver real results. That’s the kind of leadership I will bring to Congress.”

Eileen, the daughter and granddaughter of Navy veterans, began her military service at the U.S. Naval Academy under President Reagan and rose to the rank of Rear Admiral as an intelligence officer. She deployed to Afghanistan while raising five children and spent more than three decades leading sailors, advising senior national security officials, and defending the Constitution she swore an oath to protect.

She is now running to bring that same sense of duty to Congress and to ensure that the people of Colorado’s 4th District have a representative focused on their future, not Washington’s political fights.

Colorado’s 4th District is home to tens of thousands of veterans, small-business owners, farmers, ranchers, and working families who, Laubacher says, deserve a representative who respects their independence, understands their challenges, and delivers real solutions instead of partisan theatrics.

Titles, ranks, and military service are used for identification purposes only and do not imply endorsement by the Department of Defense.
